Fleshy discharge at 8 weeks… help!

Is this normal? Or could it be a sign of miscarriage? Super small amount when wiping. Brownish fleshy bits. I already have an ultrasound scheduled for 2 days from now.. should I just wait for that or call my doctor now? Is this just random discharge? I don’t have any symptoms of any infection. Sorry for the tmi but I appreciate any input! First time pregnant after trying for 3 years so I’m extremely nervous. I’m 8 weeks 2 days today.
