Question!!!

So i went in to see my dr due to my ovarian cyst pain in nov. and he scheduled me fora follow up and an ultrasound which was done on dec 29. The cysts have grown quite a bit and since i got several positive pregnancy tests they tiok a picture of my uterus.... Well I would be about 5 weeks on dec 29 so it would be too early to see anything at all... They saw this... Could it be twins or triplets??? Can anyone else share their first ultrasound pics with me so I can compare please!!!! Thanks ladies!!!
