13 weeks and 3 days

So I'm 13 weeks and 3 days and I don't know why but I feel like I'm having a girl this is so different from my first baby he was a boy, he was a twin to a baby girl I crave sweets after sweets. I crave cakes, strawberries with caramel, I crave caramel with sour cream and onion chips, and I have also keep getting waves of nausea after everything I eat if it is sweets i'm fine I don't get sick but anything hot I get sick and also why I think this is a girl bc my always stayed on my left side but this one stays on the right side and kicks at the bottom of my stomach
