Am I safe to bike ride with breaks?

It's been semi sunny where I live and my boyfriend and I want to take a bike ride .. but I'm scared after the ride today ( 15 minted ride).. that I shouldn't have?

I have a friend who biked to work every day of her pregnancy including the day she had the baby!  The ride was 20 min one way.

It's safe enough if you are a strong rider I personally wouldn't just because of the risk of falling off

My friend who is a midwife told me that horse riding and bike riding can tighten muscles which make child birth more painful so I'm avoiding it
