Since August I have lost 15 pounds. By making 3 lifestyle changes, Im sure you ladies can start to feel like this πŸŒžπŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸΌ  everyday
1. Drink water. Filling myself up with water helps me control HOW MUCH I eat. I chug a whole bottle of water before every meal or snack. By doing this I feel that I eat better proportions. And sometimes your body thinks it's hungry but it could actually be thirsty, so stay hydrated!
2. Change up your workout. My usual workout consist of weight training classes and yoga classes. I started seeing results when I added a 20min run before or after my classes. A small simple change in routine can make a noticeable impact. 
3. Stop eating after 8pm. If you feel hungry or in need of a midnight snack, just go to bed. Your beauty sleep is top priority! Sleep is good for you in so many ways πŸ˜΄πŸ’€πŸ‘Œ
