Recurrent miscarriages

I’m hoping to hear others success stories. I’ve had 4 loses within the last year.

My first ever pregnancy resulted in my son who is currently 2.5 years old. We fell pregnant easily, the first month after trying, no complications besides a planned c section since he was breeched. I had him January 2021.

September 2022 I found out I was pregnant unexpectedly. Only a few days later I miscarried at about 5 weeks

October 2022 I found out I was pregnant again after 1 month of trying again. We were pregnant with identical twin boys. The pregnancy it’s self was normal. But at my anatomy scan they noticed abnormalities. I saw MFM and went through extensive testing to find out they had a very rare syndrome that would affect their quality of life. We made the hardest decision and had a TFMR. I was induced, labored and vaginally delivered them. My husband and I were also tested for their syndrome and we were not carriers so it was a random mutation.

May 2023 I was randomly bleeding often, I went to my OB and I had what they thought was a chemical pregnancy.

Then in July we decided we were ready to actually try again, we just wanted to have one more child. I fell pregnant again the first month of trying. I had my first ultrasound at 7.5 weeks, everything looked great. Then at exactly 9 weeks I started bleeding and miscarried at home. It seems I don’t have a problem getting pregnant, only staying pregnant. Really in need of success stories so I can try to keep hope. I’m going to be having additional testing done now and we are also going to do karyotype genetic testing as well. I don’t understand how I had a good pregnancy and healthy baby and then went on to have so many losses😞
