SCARED! Sex during early pregnancy???

So I'm still in the early stages of pregnancy. Only 6w 2d and my partner and I are so scared to have sex. I see so many women posting about spotting and bleeding after sex and I'm just so afraid of the thought of having a miscarriage from it or the stress it would cause if I did end up spotting afterwards :/ I'm stressed at times because I really want to have sex but I feel like if I did and anything were to happen or go wrong the stress would just cause more damage. I'm literally freaking out so much I don't know what to do D:

Sex is not going to harm your baby whatsoever unless you have been deemed High risk and have been advised not to. I am 20 weeks pregnant with 3 major factors contributing to a "high risk pregnancy" and still have sex on the daily, no extra problems!

I have my first appointment next week at 11 weeks and my husband and I haven't had sex yet we decided to wait to make sure the Dr says everything is fine :) if you're worried you should probably do the same hun good luck!

I had very little spotting after sex and the first time I was scared. I don't think either of us want to go very long without, so I just ask him to be gentle (tmi but he is also large, I feel like that would make it worse) and lots of foreplay to keep the timing of penetration at a minimum.

I had some spotting between 5 weeks and just before 8 weeks. The one around 5 and a half weeks was implantation and the two times after that was from an orgasm. Since then though we've had pretty hard sex and no spotting

I was exactly like you. Husband and I had sex then I started spotting. Freaked out and called the on call Doctor. They said is very normal and not to worry as long as bleeding doesn't continue. When I went for my next visit I asked my OB and he said it's fine as long as you are comfortable with it.

That's not necessarily true! I wasn't "high risk" until AFTER I had sex and started bleeding. And I had a scan just a few days earlier that gave me the all clear. If I could do it again, it wouldn't have done it.
