Morning sickness??

So I'm 28weeks today and I was wondering has anyone's morning sickness come back in the third trimester?? I've been feeling so sick to my stomach the pass few days and tired the same way I felt the first trimester but WORSE:( and I've also have had dizzy spells! Is because my hormones are getting crazy again?! Should I call the doctor?

I'm 28 weeks and I've been feeling sick again the last few days! Not as bad as first trimester, thank god! But tired, emotional, and sick after eating

Yes! Every morning when I wake up I'm nauseous and throwing up for the first hour I'm awake. It started around 27 weeks.
