Engorged breast
5 days postpartum, I breastfed for 3 days and decided to stop! My boobs are huge and hard as rocks, I pumped a hour ago for 30 mins for some type of relief and got 3 and 5 ounces but no relief and my boobs are still hard as rocks. I don’t know if I should fully empty them and then start to pump less and less each day?
