Question

I miscarried at around 6-7 weeks. Spotting & clots were present for 3-5 days, then I had cramps for like 6 hours on 6th day & passed tissue on 7th day. Thereafter bleeding & clots were present for only a day. No pain no cramps. How will I know no tissue of conception is left inside? I cannot undergo transvaginal Utlrasonography its very painful for me. I am scheduled for bHcg on monday.  I am worried of infection or heavy bleeding if some tissue is still left inside me.
