It's 8 am and I woke up to use the restroom and when I wiped this came out ? I'm 7 weeks along and I'm terrified something is wrong. I've been to the ER , and doctor and urgent care 4 tones this past week for being sick. Dehydrated, stomach flu, and sinus infection. What do I do ?
