What is this?

Anyone ever get spots like this on their breast? The lower one appeared last week and seemed to have a white head with pus/blood that came out when squeezed. I put cream on it for a few days and it went down.

The higher one appeared today and looks to have a small hole on one edge, but doesn’t have pus that comes out. It’s really red in the picture from me squeezing it and now is a more prominent bump than what it was originally.

Are these ingrown hairs or maybe caused by pressure from my bra? Should I be concerned?
