Weight loss and pregnancy

I got up to 260 my last pregnancy.  It took close to 2.5 years to get down to 195.    I'm 15 weeks along and at 200.  I'd really like to not gain much if any weight since I worked so hard to lose from my last go round.  I was really active before pregnancy but the nausea has had me wanting carbs and most activity, even light exercise leaves me dizzy.    I'm trying to eat better still but I am nervous about getting too heavy this time round.  I guess I'm just looking for people in the same boat as me and any suggestions as well
