I am in my second relationship and has been trying since i was 40 i had two miscarriages 2011 & 2015. I have 3 children with my previous marriage but finding it difficult this time.

At that age, you probably should have went to the doctor before trying, to get the rundown on issues, and testing to make sure you were good to go with your fertility (and his too). But you absolutely should have went after 6mo.
