Im so confused... 😢 need to vent lol

I really thought this was going to be the month for me and my fiance. I had this big plan to surprise him after I missed my period. But then my period was 2 weeks late with nothing but negative test. I take a blood test and it's a negative but still not period.. 😭 I'm like a month and a half and still no sign.. Not sure what to do..
