Sneezing when aroused (anyone heard of it)

So I've never met a guy that did this till my husband lol....he's did the whole time I've known him. When he gets aroused he sneezes like 3 times...not like during sex but the initial hard on lol! Has any one ever heard of that lol ? He does it every time lol I think it's cute cause no matter where we are I'll tease him and he will start sneezing like crazy in public and only we know why hahahah
