HELP!!

I EBF my baby And after this morning he stopped nursing and wants nothing to do with my boob… he hasn’t eaten today. He took a small bottle earlier and won’t take another.. he’s been fussing non stop all day and crying. He doesn’t seem in pain at all but just cries and acts hungry but won’t eat. He’s been passing gas and pooping a lot and peeing fine so it doesn’t seem to be a belly issue at all. He seems very playful too inbetween his crying spells. I’m so stressed out and worn down and I’m worried about my baby not eating. He has been sucking on his binkys all day too and will chew on my finger as well. He’s 11 weeks old. I have no idea what’s going on😞
