Black spot on labia?! (Google image included)

Hi ladies. I am 3 weeks postpartum and just recently noticed 2 black spots on my labia. I don't know when they showed up since after having the baby it took some time for my stomach to go down. These bumps look like blood blisters but are hard and I cannot drain them. They're not painful or itchy. Anyone else have this?! I'm concerned and will be seeing my doc later this month for my 6 week checkup. Help!
