Feeding question?

So my son is 11days old and when I feed him formula he eats 2 1/2 oz but when I pump and feed him he eats way more.. Dose this happen to anyone els? Is it normal? Lol

It's normal. Formula tends to fill them up more.

Formula is way thicker than breastmilk so he's probably getting fuller faster when he drinks formula

I've heard that breast milk is sweeter than formula so he might just prefer his mamas stuff :)
