New sleep regime!
Since the 5wk mark I've had to sleep propped up on about 4 pillows, with only a sheet to cover me and the window wide open. My husband meanwhile is frozen and wondering why he used to have 2 pillows and suddenly has none! 😂
I go to bed insanely early these days (I'm 7+1) but wake up regularly feeling nauseous. Often I'm in bed about 12 hours and wake up as if I haven't slept a wink. Arrgh! Back to work tomorrow after the Xmas/new year break and wondering how the hell I'll drag myself out of bed on time!
Anyone else find they are developing odd new sleeping habits in an attempt to get a decent rest!??
