Vvvfl 11 weeks postpartum!?

I have been feeling sick the last week and I took a test just to rule it out. And I thought it was negative within 10 minutes then I looked at it a couple days later and it looked positive so I just took this one and am I crazy!? I have a 1.5 year old and an 11 week old AND we used condoms like im freaking out.
