On Thursday I had a scan at 5 weeks 4 days. They saw a sac but no baby yet and said it's normal. I went hope and started having really bad pains and have had them since then. They have taken my breath away at times. I have had no bleeding but I can't seem to get this bad gut feeling to go. Am I just being silly or is there a chance I have misscarried? Is it a usual thing to miscarry and not bleed or is it normally quite rare?
