So my boyfriend and I have been together for just over 2 years now. His job has meant that we now live ~2hrs apart, so see each other probably 2 weekends a month - it has been like this for 5 months. We are very serious and talking about moving in together in the next year, depending on where our jobs take us. I use tampons, and currently leave the room to go to the toilet when needs be, but I feel like it's starting to get a little silly considering how well we know each other!!! I don't want to just randomly start doing it in my bedroom in front of him...should I warn him before starting to do this? Or not do it at all? When has everyone else let their boyfriends see the mess that a period creates?!
