Miscarriage support

Hello everyone,

Last Sunday I started bleeding at 6 weeks pregnant, on Monday it was confirmed my pregnancy levels had gone down and I was miscarrying, I'm just seeking some support and positivity as I didn't get much support from hospital I thought I'd be given a leaflet about miscarriage and what to expect etc and I didn't get anything.

I'm still bleeding and wondering when this will stop, I took an ovulation test today and it was so strong, I just don't get what's going on in my body and when I will know my normal cycle is back.
