911: clogged duct
I’ve been breastfeeding and pumping since my baby was born (4 weeks ago) and this is the second time that I’ve gotten a clogged duct in the same duct in the same breast. I’m taking the sunflower lecithin supplement and I use massage and the haakaa with epsom salts and warm water to try to unclog it but any tips to keep it that way? It hurts SO BAD.
