When should I start trying again?

I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks which started last Tuesday. My OB has been incredibly unhelpful, like not calling me with my test results, or sending me the order to get follow up bloodwork to check my hcg levels. I'm very mad. But the bleeding has pretty much stopped, and now I just have some brown what looks like uterine lining/dried blood. My last pregnancy test showed a very light line. I want to start trying again ASAP. My doctor initially said to wait 2-3 months, but mostly for the mental aspect. Mentally, I don't want to wait, I just want to get pregnant. Any advice?

I had a 21 week loss 5 months ago. This was my first pregnancy since then. I'm going to see a fertility specialist to see if there is something going on. Even though these were 2 very different losses. I'm also annoyed my OB didn't even acknowledge that, they very much just brushed me off
