I am 25 weeks and am CONSTANTLY leaking. It's thick and yellow/clear (sorry tmi)

I'm just wondering if I could be saving it? I express it every night in the shower or sink because I leave huge spots on our sheets! I feel like I'm wasting it every night. Is there anything I can do to save it?
