Upper back and lower back pains!
Ive had upper back pains for 3 days now im 39 weeks and 2 days ive dialted 2 cm and im effaced 80 probably more by now since my last appt which was dec 24 😕 its hurts so bad i want to cry sometimes! Ive tried setting my posture and it hurts more! Ive tried a cold towel and a warm towel :( and still pain !
