Cold meds?

Has anyone had a cold while pregnant? What did you take? This is my first pregnancy and I'm unsure what I can use.

My dr says only humidifier and saline spray and Tylenol if you have a fever or pain. You should call your dr and ask what they approve

I've been congested with a horrible cough since Xmas eve. It's a dry cough now but constant. I went to doctor who cleared Robotussin DM. I've also been using the netty pot and nose strips.
