29 weeks (second pregnancy) feels like false labor

Sam

Early this morning I contracted the flu. So maybe it's just side effects of that? It was so bad I couldn't even keep water down. Since about noon, I've been able to. But I also have extreme back pain. I had 3 days of back labor with my first, so I know what that feels like.

About an hour ago I was on all 4s crying due to pain. Felt like false labor. Once that was over, I was able to lay on my side still heavily breathing. It wasn't until about 40 minutes later that I had one again, but this time only half as much pain. I took tylenol so that may be whats helping.

And these felt more extreme than braxton Hicks.

Anyone have any input they could help me out with? I don't want to go to the Dr unless I absolutely have to.
