First prenatal is tomorrow, and am estimated at 6W exactly. Should I expect OB to do a preliminary ultrasound yet, or not? I would love to see my little bug to make sure it's there and growing, but not holding my breath.

I know they will do blood work - do they usually tell you results (Rh factor, HCG levels, Blood Type etc) during the appointment, or do you have to wait a few days for results?
