Idk sickness issue ? Wondering what it is

Hi so my throat has been feeling well what’s the word hot ? Like it feels hot like a heat is in it but it doesn’t hurt to swallow so it can’t be strep. But I did get rid of a cold. But I bearly blew my nose could it be post nasal drip even tho I didn’t like sleep lying down ? I also have a dry cough with it and sometimes mucus comes up but idk I’m going to a urgent care to see what it is but if they say it’s nothing what should I do ? Or what do you ladies think it is gen
