That was my first pregnancy symptom. They were off and on until I was about 8-9 weeks pregnant, I also never had any spotting

My cramps in the beginning of the first trimester were so bad, I'd drop on my knees and cry. Thankfully, they didn't last long (5-10 min), but they could happen several times a day. We had a miscarriage before this pregnancy, so I was worried sick, plus, when I asked about it at the doc's office, they told me nothing can be done, if I'm going to miscarry again, I'm going to miscarry. Mind that I never had any spotting or bleeding, just very bad cramps. They stopped completely by week 8.

I'm a mom of two and in the first trimester, both pregnancies, I cramped like I was about to begin my period. That's partially why I didn't even think about me being pregnant the first pregnancy because I finally took at test when I was around 9 weeks. It's actually very common.

Ive seen a few people on here say they get cramping  in early pregnancy if ure unsure. Ask ure doctor

Yes it's very common. But if you're cramping and bleeding go to the ER if your doctor isn't open
