Our baby has had excessively long wake windows since she was born (up to 3 hours at 1-2 weeks). She was never too fussy during these periods and would end up taking good long naps between the wake windows. The last 2 weeks have been rough! She is constantly overtired and refuses even contact naps. She only slept 1.5 hours yesterday between 8 am and 6 pm spread over 4 naps.

She also has slept through the night since 2 weeks old with 1-3 wakings (gets changed, fed, and goes right back down) between 8-9 pm and 7-9 am.

Any experience or advice? I’ve thought about keeping her up a little later but by evening she is just zonked
