Trying for baby #2

Hi I been trying since October of last year and no luck yet.. My last period was January 15,2014 and I haven't gotten my period yet n it's already march 10,2014 I took a urine pregnancy test on March 1 ,2014 and it came out negative idk if I should wait more and see if I get my period this month and If I don't get nothing this month I'm going to the doctor to get blood work done ..
