What did your baby wear in the hospital?

What did your baby wear while in the hospital? For my first daughter, the hospital put a little shirt on her that they reuse over and over for all the babies. The next day I put her in a full jammie, and then the following day we changed her into her coming home outfit. 
Curious what worked best for others. I’m thinking I may bring a kimono style onesie to put on my next baby after she’s born, and she’ll probably just wear that for the duration.

We have to bring our own clothes 
Fleece pjs (sleepsuits) vests etc and going home outfit

Nothing but a diaper until the day we got released then a onesie and wrapped up in a swaddle blanket.

Just a diaper, swaddle, and hat until we went home. We prefer our babies to be naked and easy access for skin to skin and any medical emergency that may happen. Plus every single time my husband changes the babies in the hospital they pee or poop the minute the diaper is off. I wasn't even able to change out of my VERY bloody gowns either time. I'm hoping this time around I have the ability to change and maybe even shower.

I brought clothes for my daughter. I mostly packed gowns but a couple of zip up sleepers.

Depends on the hospital. My hospital will not allow outside clothes to be worn while being an inpatient. Outside clothes only for picture but then put right back into then shirt they provide and then a going home outfit.

I just kept them in the hospital shirt until it was time to go home, it's easier for the nurses to do all of their checks that way.

Naked until going home because they come and check so often. I wasn't about to dress and undress a billion times. Plus I actually really love all the skin to skin time. Just swaddled and a hat.
