Ovulation after D&C before first period

I had a missed MC/ Curettage on Sept 7th. This was my second pregnancy , I already have a 2yo son. I was 12 weeks pregnant, baby stopped growing at 10th week.

I had heavy bleeding on the day of the operation, light bleeding the day after the operation and on the 3rd day it completly stopped. 5 days post OP i had a follow up and my doctor told me that my cervix is already closed and everything looks fine.

2 weeks after the OP i had heavy brown discharge for 5 days. Now I am 3 weeks post OP and I think I’m ovulating/ will ovulate in the coming days.

Is it safe to try to get pregnant with this ovulation? To be honest I don’t want to use protection, I accept whatever fate has in store for me. Anyone has a healthy pregnancy this way?
