Cm / early pregnancy or ovulation?
I had UPS the last 2 days LP was the 29th took a negative test yesterday & had this today (also had sex the 2nd day of my period which was the 22nd . Could I be pregnant or just ovulating? Also Iam on nexplanon but it’s expiring bc I’m getting my monthly
