Prenatal vitamins & ttc?

Should I take the prenatal vitamins even though I'm not pregnant yet? I've heard that its good for you when you're ttc?

Yes before, during, and after. :-) I love them because not only is it healthy for baby, my hair and nails look awesome! Lol
