Am I just in my head or could this be possibly pregnancy

So I’m 5/6DPO and I have like small pain in my nipple when I press on it and I’ve also been feeling very nauseous but I can’t never throw up I just always felt like I’ve had to, I’ve also been sleeping a lot, my mood swings are all over the place and crazy food cravings

Could all this possibly be pregnancy? When is a good time to test? Or am I just in my head?
