my little boy has what they call a buried penis, he is almost finally grown out of it as he’s getting taller and losing his baby fat but i do still have to push it out and wipe the pee off him during diaper changes. i’ve been noticing the last few weeks diaper fuzz was getting wrapped up on him so i would push it out and pull it off and then wipe it very good and replace his diaper. Today when i changed him there was a large amount of fuzz, and then when i pulled it off i noticed a white little bump/spot on the head of his penis. when i pulled back, white stuff, i’m assuming smegma popped out of it. I cleaned it off really good and put some aquaphor on it and put a new diaper on him. When i just changed him for bed now he looks red and raw and irritated in that spot it does not seem to hurt or bother him. i’m going to call his pediatrician in the morning and get it looked at but has anyone experienced something like this?!
