Hey ladies or men help me plz

I have endometriosis and PCOS I’m now on metformin to help get pregnant been trying for 8 years. Last month no period thought I was pregnant took 2 test both negative but Oct. 4 it started. My partner is being text for infertility as well he has kids his erections don’t last long only for some mins. Any ideas to help us conceive? Ty.
