Bleeding after orgasm?

I’m 4-5 weeks pregnant, when I had a vaginal ultrasound done, 24 hrs later I had small amount of red mucusy blood that wiped away with tissue. Later on that week I had sex and 24 hrs later I was bleeding. This time it was like spotting pink and a few hrs later turned browned and that was it. A day ago I had an orgasm, no insertion, just clitoris stimulation and 24 hrs later I am bleeding. There’s more blood compared to when I had sex but still pinkish. It’s light enough I can wipe it til the tissue is white again but there’s still more coming down when I go to the bathroom. All three times I bleed there’s been cramping on the side the egg released. Is this normal?
