Side of tongue problem

I noticed that my mouth keeps having a bitter taste / excess saliva coming from the bumps on the side of my tongue. It’s weird to explain but I looked inside of my mouth and noticed these. Does anybody else have these? Kinda worried and dentist can’t see me for awhile
