Ok so tmi I know, but this is literally making my life miserable! After I had my first child I experienced this pain and ache in my vagina nearly everytime my period would roll around. Now I am 28 weeks with my second and the pain is 10x worse everyday and I feel bulging. Well today was an extra long day and I decided a bath would be good, well I felt around down there and my veins look like they r on roids and I have bulging and swelling everywhere! My doc checked me and said all my blood rushes there!
