What would you do?

What would you, ladies do if your s/o blocked you in a room and put something in front of the door knowing you can't move it cuz of knee problems??? And the room your in doesn't get heat.

The reason behind it:

He got home from work and I was playing online with my little sister and he said I didn't have to get off. Then like an hour later he said I can stay on as long as I want so I did. But then 8pm comes around and he gets mad so I get off. We then get into an argument about it. He tells me to leave. So I go in the room to sit and cool down. And that's when this bs happened. And as I'm sitting in the room I can hear him calling me a Jackass...
