Circumvallate placenta and freaking out

I had my 20 week appointment today, and after the scan the doctor told me I have a few small fibroids, also low lying and circumvallate placenta. I’m not bleeding, baby has been putting on the right amount of weight so far, so I was told not to worry and carry on with my regular life. They’re just going to do more growth scans and keep an eye on things but said there is no cause for concern at the moment. I’m googling these conditions and they all look pretty serious, especially the circumvallate placenta. Has anyone had experience with this? Any advise? Doesn’t sound like no reason for concern to me :/
