Progesterone

So I’m about 6 weeks pregnant. Found out yesterday that my hcg is not doubling anymore (going up but VERY slowly) and that my progesterone is low. If I start progesterone cream today could that maybe help prevent me from losing my baby? Please feel free to share any positive stories!! ♥️♥️
