PCOS Ovulation: What's more reliable?

How does everyone track their LH? Do you depend on OPKs, bbt, or CM? Combo? I dont  think the opk strips are working for me.

Clearblue digital ovulation tests is what did it for me! Very simple and very easy to read.

BBT has never worked for me as well. Neither has ovulation testing. The OPK worked when I first came off the pill but not after 4 cycles

With my PCOS I don't have LH fluctuations so OPKs worked great for me. BBT was incredibly inaccurate for me even with following the practices to the letter. Never could use CM as my husband and I were intimate too often to tell the difference between leftovers and my CM.
