Is cramping during early pregnancy normal? 3w4d

I just got my BFP yesterday. AF not due until Wednesday. I am cramping mildly though. Intermittently. I have miscarried once before, at 5w2d. i cramped then too, but it was accompanied by bleeding at the same time. I am not spotting at all now currently. Should i be worried? Family tells me it is normal but i just want thoughts and advice. Thanks!

I had the same question all throughout my first trimester, and no matter how many times friends and family told me it was normal, I still worried about it. For me, yes it was normal. And the cramping felt like (mild) menstrual cramping. Very similar. I'm now 16w2d w/ a completely healthy pregnancy. I know how hard it can be, but do your best not to worry yourself sick. Dull cramping is normal throughout the first trimester. Should feel like menstrual cramps. If it gets sharp or super painful or if you have blood, I would go get it checked out

I miscarried before. I am now pregnant again and have had cramping off and on every few days since I got my BFP. I am now 21 weeks with a perfectly healthy baby. Don't worry, cramping is normal as long as it isn't extremely unbearable with any heavy bleeding. Stay positive 😊 you will be okay!
